BCA were instructed to take a tired 1930’s semi and to fully modernise it for the market, with the simple brief of “maximise it’s value”. Stripped back to its bare bricks, the property was gutted to make way for all new installations and a modest single storey side and rear extension providing the open plan living expected by the market. A timber frame and cedar clad home office was designed and constructed at the bottom of the large garden, a real WOW factor and selling point. The property sold after not being on the market for long, and for an amazing ceiling price smashing amount of money. One happy client!
