A typical 1930’s semi-detached sub-urban property was taken from a basic 3 bed semi to a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom large and luxurious property with no expense sparred. From the top, the attic space was extended and converted to create a large Master bedroom suite with Juliette balcony overlooking the rooftops of Stretford. The first floor was simply modernised and re-decorated with a new family bathroom suite and the existing rear kitchen extension was replaced with a newly built modern single storey ‘wrap-around’ extension to create the ever desired open plan Kitchen / Dining / Family space, with plenty of natural light flooding the space deep within using a flat roof skylight. This is another great example of a Traditional / Modern juxtaposition.
